FAQ – Managing Your Account
Welcome to the Managing your Gold Account – Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) page. This resource provides clear and concise answers to help you efficiently handle your account, from tracking investments to making transactions and accessing reports. Strategic Gold provides highly competitive rates for storing your bullion in your Clear Title Account. Furthermore, we simplify the process of managing your gold account. Strategic Gold charges a comprehensive Administrative Services Fee that covers all the expenses of your Clear Title Account. Specifically, the Administrative Services Fee is three-fourths (3/4) of one percent of the market value of the gold bullion per year, and seven-eighths (7/8) of one percent of the market value of the silver bullion per year.
The Administrative Services Fee covers multiple services, including:
- Custody & Secure Vault Storage
- Third-Party, Semi-Annual Bullion Audits
- Third-Party Transaction Oversight
- Account Insurance (Bullion)
- Administrative Services and Reporting
Each month, we calculate the Administrative Services Fee by applying a Monthly Periodic Rate to the Average Daily Value of the precious metals in your account. Additionally, the Monthly Periodic Rate is 1/12th of the Annual Rate. Every day, we determine the value of your account by multiplying the number of ounces of precious metals by the Daily London PM Fix price of bullion per ounce. At the end of the month, we calculate the Average Daily Value by adding the Daily Values for each day of the period and dividing by the number of days in that period.
We charge the Administration Fee quarterly in arrears. Each quarter, you will receive a statement that reflects the total Administrative Services Fee accrued during the previous quarter. On the payment date indicated in the statement, we deduct the accrued fee from your Clear Title Account. Generally, this occurs on the 15th day of the month or the next business day if the 15th falls on a weekend or holiday.
We value transparency and aim to provide excellent service. Therefore, your Clear Title Account offers tools to help you monitor your financials with complete visibility. You can view the accrual of the Administrative Services Fee in your secure online account on the Fee Accrual page. Furthermore, the filter option allows you to monitor fee calculations by specific dates. We automatically deduct fees from your Clear Title Account after providing advance notice via the quarterly statement. You will have ample time to verify the accuracy of the Administrative Services Fee before it is debited. On the payment date, Strategic Gold deducts the accrued fee from your account.
CASH DEBITS
If your account holds sufficient cash, the fee will be deducted from the cash balance. By maintaining a sufficient balance in your account, you ensure that your fee is paid in cash.
BULLION DEBITS
If your account does not hold sufficient cash, you authorize Strategic Gold to initiate a bullion debit. We sell a minimum number of small bars to raise the cash necessary to cover the fee. Any remaining cash balance is posted to your account after the fee is collected.

The Clear Title Client Portal is a secure online account management system, allowing you to manage and monitor your Strategic Gold Clear Title Account. Through the portal, you can view a summary of your account, track your holdings, and review account activity.

To view your complete account history, including balances and transactions, simply log in to your secure online Clear Title Account using your username and password. Additionally, you can track your investments by transaction type, inventory identification number, or metal type. Cash balances and fees are also available for review.

Strategic Gold sends quarterly account statements that reflect your cash and bullion holdings, along with their valuations. However, you can request more frequent statements, such as monthly or weekly, by contacting an account executive at 239 692-9154.
We calculate the value of your Clear Title Account daily. Specifically, the value is based on the London PM Fix price of gold multiplied by the total number of gold ounces in your account. Additionally, the Silver Fix Price is applied to silver holdings, and any cash balance is included in the overall calculation.
