How Can I Pay The Administrative Services Fee?

We automatically deduct fees from your Clear Title Account after providing advance notice via the quarterly statement. You will have ample time to verify the accuracy of the Administrative Services Fee before it is debited. On the payment date, Strategic Gold deducts the accrued fee from your account.

CASH DEBITS

If your account holds sufficient cash, the fee will be deducted from the cash balance. By maintaining a sufficient balance in your account, you ensure that your fee is paid in cash.

BULLION DEBITS

If your account does not hold sufficient cash, you authorize Strategic Gold to initiate a bullion debit. We sell a minimum number of small bars to raise the cash necessary to cover the fee. Any remaining cash balance is posted to your account after the fee is collected.
