Requesting Delivery or Pickup
We will help arrange for you to collect your bullion from the vault or have it delivered to your preferred location. To start the process, simply send us your written instructions outlining your delivery preferences. Once we verify your instructions, we will coordinate with the vault for the transfer or release of your metals.
Customs and Shipping Details
The vault operator or secure transport company will handle any required customs forms. However, you are responsible for customs duties, taxes, or fees based on the laws of the applicable jurisdiction. Strategic Gold will provide the shipping cost details before the transfer, and payment is required prior to proceeding.
