With a Clear Title Account, you own your gold and silver outright. There is no third-party liability involved, as the bullion belongs solely to you. When you accept the Clear Title Account Terms and Conditions, you authorize Strategic Gold to manage your bullion, which is stored by contracted vault operators. These vault operators acknowledge that your bullion remains your property at all times.
Strategic Gold takes care of administration and record-keeping, ensuring that your assets are well-managed. Additionally, there is no intermediation through trusts or balance sheets—your gold and silver remain your personal property.
Yes, you can open a Clear Title Account on behalf of someone else. However, you will need to complete the application process with their documentation and include yourself as a “Designated Representative.” You must also provide proof of your relationship with the third party.
